She began her real estate career as a licensed Realtor in 1987, then earned her Ohio Real Estate Broker's license in 1999. Polly's passions are music (she went to college on a piano scholarship), animals (she befriends any homeless animal that crosses her path), outdoor activities, reading, and spending time with her friends and family. In addition to her real estate experience, Polly has worked as a mortgage banker and broker, which has given her an in-depth understanding of mortgage financing that greatly benefits her real estate clients. Polly has been the recipient of numerous Top Sales and Outstanding Customer Service awards, and she has earned the Certified Relocation Professional designation, helping hundreds of families with their moves to and from central Ohio. Polly treats each and every client like a member of her own family, and her past clients will attest to the fact that they feel that way, too. Keith Hamilton, REO Manager Born in Alamogordo, New Mexico, Keith grew up in Cloudcroft, NM, high in the Sacramento Mountains. His heart is still in the American Southwest. He has lived in 5 states and 3 countries, and he is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Keith's passions are running (12 marathons), hunting and camping, landscape architecture, and spending time with his family. He is the father of 4, stepdad of 2, and believe it or not, a young grandfather of 3! In addition to being an experienced Realtor, Keith has a background of 24 years in the title insurance business, which has proven to be a great asset to his real estate clients. His broad knowledge and experience with land usage, platting and development, liens and encumbrances, title issues and resolutions and the legalities involved have saved many transactions that would not have closed without the benefit of his expertise.
